BEST JEANS by Madewell

Who doesn't love a great pair of jeans! Every time there is a pair I love I can't seem to find them anymore and or there is a better pair that comes along... I always go for ankle length, they just look better with booties or high tops.  With winter it means your socks can show with low topish shoes, but that to me is cute! I typically go for jeans that are not "worn" meaning white in the thigh and the back of the thigh... that looks weird and these just have the slightest bit ( this picture makes it look like a lot but I have them and they are not that bad)!  They are not too low more of a mid-rise so no "I see london i see france" when you bend down! they come in different washes too! All around great fit and a great jean.. go get em!

Wear FAIRISLE it's winter!

In NYC right this second it is like 12 degrees F.  It is faaaaa-reeezing. But as we all know you have to dress for the cold! I love this sweater from TOPSHOP!  To me like vermont and nyc got married and this is the fairisle sweater that came out!!!!wear it on the slopes or on the streets!

Recently I found this jewelry designer Pamela Love while out and about! I saw this ring and want it so bad, but I have to save for it! leopard shoes? me?

So everyone needs a little leopard in their wardrobe... I have none!!!!!!!! Most of the time I feel I  "don't have it" to wear super leopard shoes.. I always love them on people BUT once I try on booties or flats or whatever I just can't do it.

I have been dying for something cute and something likable but to no avail!  Walking in the meat packing the other day there was a cute skater-y/surf-y girl wearing these leopard Van's... NOW that is something that can be pulled off by ME!

Bootie's EVERYWHERE!  

I had a vision of my perfect shoe! From trying on Rachel Comey's, Madewell"s, Rag and Bone's, Steve Madden's and a million others.. I would just HEM and HAW over the ones I tried and then never commit and still BOOTIE-LESS!!!!!!!

I needed an everyday bootie... a heel that wasn't too high, a toe that was not too pointy or too round and not 500 bucks..... OHHHH my criteria!!!! The search has been on over a year!!!!  These were even the first ones I tried on... I, FINALLY ..... FOUND THEM!

The price, heel height, toe shape and colors are PERFECT! I have them in Black and Putty and I can't live without them, they go with everything! They are also super super comfortable!! Definitely the best bootie of the bunches!!!

My new Fragrance LE LABO

I am super picky about perfume! I don't like too floral, too sweet or too musky!!! It's hard to find a balance of all that makes a nice subtle smell! A friend of mine always smelt just right and I had to ask her what she was wearing... and TAH DA I found my new fave.

Its called LE LABO, and they have 10 amazing fragrances... my favorite is the Bergamote 22.

Each Fragrance is made to order so it is fresh and at it's best.  I think that is just awesome!

The cutest thing is on the bottle once made to order they put your name the bottle ! They made it just for you!!!! It also has the date it was made and who made it for you at the store.  I think it is so great to support something so carefully made in the USA and by hand.  It also smells divine!
